History of Queens Park Primary
Queens Park Primary School was established in 1905 as Woodlupine School in a nearby community hall. It was relocated to its present site in 1906 and renamed Queens Park Primary in the 1920’s. It is a beautiful, well maintained school with lovely grounds.
We are really proud of the old fragrant roses that greet our visitors at the front office and the lovely old trees scattered throughout our school. Our students enjoy and are stimulated by the natural environment within which our school is nestled.
Whilst the traditional heritage of our site is valued and celebrated, ensuring our students have facilities that enhance learning and participation is vital. A new music room, art room and library are recent building additions.
This is a great environment for learning.
